Week 40: Where are my Superpowers?

Hey everyone!

I will not include the picture here, but I got bit my some big old ugly spider this week and it literally looks like a vampire bite on my neck--haha. My brother asked me if I still am scared of spiders, and the answer is, of course, yes. I am just left wondering...where on earth are my spidey powers? Life is an adventure!! (I am all good, we know it wasn't poisonous because I'm not dead).

This week went by so fast. Incredibly fast. I think its just because the people in Rengo are so awesome. The people here literally have my heart.  This week was a little crazy too, and it was fun because it was full of service opportunities! Many times we just happened to be in the right place at the right time to lend a hand. All of the service activities were unplanned, but I know there is no such thing as coincidence.

We also had the opportunity this week to enjoy some very popular Chilean dishes. Chorillanas and completos! Every time we try something new or make something new or learn something new, I get so excited to bring them back with me! And there's always something new to learn or to try! I wish I had pictures....which I will take and send eventually (I promise, mom!) But just know, the food is incredible here--haha.

I found a Book of Mormon in Hebrew.

Thought of the week:

GUYS GENERAL CONFERENCE IS THIS NEXT WEEKEND

I am so stinking excited to watch general conference and to have the opportunity to sustain our new prophet!! I hope you all have the opportunity to tune in, in one way or another. It is incredible that we have the grand blessing to receive instruction, guidance, and revelation from our living prophet of God. I know Russell M. Nelson is a man called of God and I sustain him.

I want to invite all of you to take that question you have had on your mind for a while, the burning question that doesn't seem to have an answer, and take it with you to general conference. Seek the Lord, go in earnest prayer, and I love the promise that we have that we will receive the answer that we need. It works every time. God listens, God answers, maybe in his own time and in his own way, but he always does. Trust in that.

Have a great week!!! Enjoy conference!!

Con amor,
Hermana Eibert
